The Knole Sofa is a classic design of which many
variations exist,
most Knole Sofas are upholstered
traditionally, using bonded hog hair, loose fibres
with double cone springs woven in place using webbing, on a
solid beech frame and to finish, cushion in fills
are of duck feathers.
Combination of scatter cushions / bolsters is a matter of choice, there are various fabrics to choose from, (you can also supply your own fabric) and we can help with the selection of
trimmings (cord, tie backs etc), which can bring your
Knole Sofa to life.
